Article Submission Terms and Rules


By submitting an article you agree to the following terms and rules:

Each article must include the author's name, business website url and contact information in the header of the submission. Valid contact information, including username and password, must also be provided with each article submitted. Only your own company's original articles can be submitted. No reprints, advertisements or trackback url's are acceptable. Articles should be no more than 750 words and be relevant to the small business credit industry. Experian reserves the right to edit articles for length, publish, or not publish, articles (including the author's name and website url) on the BusinessCreditFacts.com website, at it's sole and absolute discretion. The Release Agreement must be accepted for each article submitted. All articles submitted will become the property of Experian Information Solutions, Inc. Experian reserves the right to amend or cancel this program at any time.

RELEASE AGREEMENT

I grant to Experian Information Solutions, Inc. ("Experian") the irrevocable, perpetual right and permission to use, publish, display and reproduce the article submitted in conjunction with this release regarding small business issues (the "Submission") in any media, in whole or in part, with or without alteration or modification, with or without including my name, job title and employer as identified below, for the purpose of promoting Experian and its business. I certify that I am the sole author of the Submission, that the Submission is my company's original work of authorship, and that all statements in the Submission are true and reflect my company's true opinions and experiences.

Nothing in this Agreement shall obligate Experian to make any use of the rights granted in this Agreement. I waive any right to inspect or approve any use of the rights granted in this Agreement. I hereby waive, release, discharge and hold harmless Experian from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the Submission or with the exercise of the rights and permissions granted in this agreement, including any and all claims for additional compensation, claims of defamation or any claims regarding rights of privacy or publicity.

I hereby warrant that I am age eighteen (18) years of age or older and am not restricted from entering into this agreement. I state further that I have read the above authorization, release and entirety of this agreement, prior to its execution, and that I am fully familiar with the contents of this agreement and that I will comply fully with all terms of this agreement. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
